flash navigation

Hello, i am looking for a flash designer/coder to produce a flash navigation system based on [login to view URL] and to design about 6 content pages (in 3 languages each) produced in html via php. html and php work are not part of the bid, only flash navigation and content pages design is required. bid procedure: - please provide a MAXIMUM of 3 links to flash navigation systems you have made plus a link to your website. please also add the word "tire" to your bid. - escrow payment only sorry but bids not observing the simple bid procedure here above will be discarded (just demonstrate you can read and understand a basic request). thank you.
