looking for a flash programmer for a little interactive presentation touch

I need two menu slides with 5 or buttons each one they both are the same buttons like in the attachment files, that buttons are of prehistoric ages, than when the user push any button must appear about 6 dinosaurs. you could see in the attachment file are 2 identical slides one in the top and one in the bottom, that is because it supposed to the interactive presentation is for two users, they will control something’s at same time, the slides just one of they can control at same time. In the center of the presentation, like the files attachment show, each dinosaur must be able to drag, scale, and rotate by user. If the user press double click on any dinosaur, I need this dinosaur turn around and appear a data sheet of each dinosaur for example his name, what he ate, and some thinks like that. That´s why i need 2 users can to control in this interactive presentation But in the slides just one of they can to control at time. But when the dinosaurs appear couple users must can to control the dinosaurs They must be able to drag, rotate or scale each dinosaur at same time And if the user want to see another age then when the user push click in another age all of dinosaurs must clear And the new pack of dinosaurs must appear in the center And in the back ground i need change too according to the age I need 5 different backgrounds for each age All images and backgrounds will provide you i need you help me just with the programming I need when the user don’t push any and he left, the screen wait a few time as the last user left and after the presentation come back to begin In the begin I need appear a video with instructions and an intro This video I’m going to provide you too I’m going to provide the sizes; another important thing is I need the interactive presentation work with touch system. The images like background, buttons, UX, Video and the dinosaurs is not ready yet But I can’t to wait many time so id need you start very soon and you use any images and after when I have all images ready I’m going to send you and I need you replace the images for the new images, do you could make like so? Need to know how do you take to make this project ready to?
