Need Web Site Clone

I need clone of website done in Flash, PHP, some scripts and Data Base. My max budget is $1000. This project requires extended flash work. I want to have similar, but my own website with visual/audio effects and all functionality like the web page I will provide. I do not want be sued in the future for plagiarism or copyrights, so you have to be creative flash developer. I need it to be done approximately in one month. So, before I send you the address of web site to clone, I would like confirmation from you that you are able to do Flash work; provide Flash and only Flash samples of your work (max 3 samples). Project includes animations, front and back user functionality that you have to clone (like on-line store). You will do your own graphic/flash work. The admin panel must be friendly as well. You can start it as soon as possible. Please provide your specific conditions if you have any. If you do not do Flash, do not take my time.
