Dating Application with gamification

I am looking for someone to build a flutter app for me. The platform is a remake of Tinder but with additional features. For the platform I am looking for a Senior Back end engineer to be part of our team long term & we are looking to work on a partnership model, where there's share ownership involved for the team behind the development of the platform. We are looking to work with a team of 3 full-time Developers to ensure we can deploy the project within 2 - 3 months. Our initial dev budget is low. Looking at the higher side, $2000, But we will invest in all the infrastructure, etc. Once the project is completed and runs for 2 months on Beta, the Dev team may have to move to Kenya for at least 3 months to get ownership documents, Share holding etc. We will be giving out 15% of the full company the team, and ranges from 2% - 5% share value. We will also add a special feature to make it more social, could be like TIctok in a way
