Hello! I am a former Banquet Chef looking to break into the freelance food writing field! I very much enjoy cooking and have years of culinary experience. Including, but not limited to, recipe writing, menu creation, and event planning. I have over 5 years of experience creating recipes in addition to an Associates Degree in Culinary Arts. Part of the requirements for this degree is creating recipes and menu planning.
In the past projects, I have worked with clients to create recipes based on their wants and needs. I have also taken every day recipes and rewritten them to accommodate special diets, such as gluten free and vegan. I am familiar with clean eating and prefer to use farm fresh products in my own cooking. This also includes non-processed items. When looking for recipes I choose those with clear instructions and use REAL ingredients. I also use this criteria when creating my own recipes. As I mentioned above, I have worked with clients to rework recipes based on their needs, whether it be health needs or allergies.
In addition to food experience, I am also proficient in Microsoft Office and have an average typing speed of 70 WPM. This allows a fast turn around time with accurate and detailed work. I have placed a bid at $111 for the all-natural recipe, description, and nutritional facts. If needed, I'm willing to negotiate this total.
