Edit an existing Google Chrome Extension

I need the following amendment to be made to the following google chrome extention called O-Robot download and test the robot from the link below: [login to view URL] The extension automatically trades binary options on [login to view URL] by predicting whether or not the price of a given assets e.g. the US dollar would rise or fall within a specific time period. If the prediction is successful the trader is rewarded however if the prediction fails the application automatically doubles the stake and makes another attempt until there is a win. Amendments: 1. Waiting Time: create a setting to inform the robot to pause for "x" minutes after "$x" losses and automatically restart after the duration of time stipulated. 2. Stop Loss: There is an existing provision for "stop loss" within the application which automatically stops the robot after "x" amount of consecutive losses. But for some reasons this doesn't work. The robot trades beyond the "stop loss" level. The completed extention would be uploaded on chrome webstore. Please only send a proposal after you have installed and studied the extention source codes and you are sure you can perfom this task.
