Realestate Newspaper Template Design

Client requires InDesign layout templates for their newspaper which features real estate, advertising and related articles. A copy of different pages from the previous edition can be downloaded by going to [login to view URL] 1. I need layout template designs for the paper. However, not a separate design for each page. Whatever you think appropriate. 2. Page / Image area is 260mm x 380mm plus folio in this case = 386 deep 3. All settings are Newspaper standards based on ISO's so will be suitable for any coldset press.
