Hi, I have a design in mind with a logo all ready. I need a very good designer execute my design for my project launch splash page with subscription form. 1. I would need the form to store all database in MySQL. 2. i would need you follow my design instructions for the splash page with subscription form 3. I also require a banner design for my facebook page, with a subscription form and like button, directions for look will be given by me.
