Scott Phares Wordpress Blog Redesign and Logo Creation

I need help re-designing my blog. A new overall theme and layout possibly, a new banner, definitely a new banner with a newer picture of me in the banner. I need help with a new logo and theme for what I do and also to personally brand myself with my blog. I also need a new TWITTER page/banner created that will match the theme of my blog too. I currently have the Thesis Theme for Wordpress on my WP blog, but I am not married to it any any means, I am open to a new theme and better look/layout. I am very open to new ideas however. I work very well with female project managers as they are usually more creative and have a broader scope of ideas and design.
