Rebrand PLR: Sales Page + Graphic Design

I have a Prival Label Right to 35+ Photoshop Action Scripts for creating cover graphics i.e: ebook,dvd,box, etc. I want to rebrand the product so I need new sales letter and new graphic set. The person who got the project should have solid experiences in creating Sales Letter that convert visitors to customers. I can provide the original sales letter as your reference. The sales letter is between 3k-4k words. As for the graphic, I only need one main design graphics in PSD (Photoshop file).
