SMF Forum Skin.

I would like someone to create an SMF forum skin for me, from this ( [login to view URL] ) image. As you can tell, the forum skin in the image was created for phpBB, but since then I have decided that I want to keep my forum with SMF, because of its functionality. I will provide the buttons for menus, the banner, and images for new posts, unread topics etcetc. There are more images than I have uploaded, but because of filesize limits, I will have to provide them directly to the person taking on the project.
