Business Detail Data Report to issue to clients monthly

We are a Labour Hire/Hire recruitment company that wants to have a professional monthly report that we can issue our clients on email, that details a summary of total man hours, number of workers, Incidents etc. Given that we would want to manually submit data to the report, and have it populate graphs, I was thinking Excel would be the best program to utilise. How I see it looking is as follows: Layout may be best in Landscape to capture all the information. Heading: First Grade Recruitment Monthly Report (Main First Grade Logo to appear at top of page) Purpose: This document is our way of providing our client with accurate data and communication that can be utilised to confirm and evidence, that you are partnering with a majority owned Indigenous Company, to satisfy your Indigenous Engagement Strategy. (Supply Nation Logo to be placed near the purpose) Down the Right of the Page: Place our 3 catch words which are "Partner" "Engage" "Support" At the bottom of the page: This document has been reviewed and approved by the Directors of First Grade Recruitment. For further clarification, please contact (Email address to be given to designer for final draft) In the middle of the document, this is where we want categories that we can manually enter a number or percentage, and the line or bar graph populates. The categories I require are: Total Man Hours: Number of Workers: % Indigenous Staff: Incidents: Active Sites: It would be good if the Graph colours can be in the traditional Aboriginal Colours which are Red, Black and Yellow. The Zero Harm Logo to be placed in the document where you feel appropriate.
