Create/Customize and Arabic font for us - repost

Hello, We want you to recreate a custom Arabic font for us. We will give you PNG still images of all the characters of the font we want. Option1: You will have to redraw them into vector and transform them into a fully functional font. Option2: You will customize an already existing Arabic font that closely resembles the font we want (the Arabic Arial font resembles our target font up to 80%) Please let me know if you need any clarification.
