Illustrate a childrens storybook

Hi, We created a story book for our swimming school that involves our sea animal characters (attached) and need a professional artist to illustrate the story for 2-6 yr olds . There is about 18 pages that need to be illustrated in the book and also 2 pages for the front & back cover. Please include your experience and any relevant work. Also, please give us a reasonable estimate of the time frame that it will take to complete this project. Here is an excerpt from one of the pages of the book ... (for greater consideration please provide a mock up sketch of this scene) "Will you come to the birthday party?” barked Flipper the seal. He sat on the rocks above the tide pool, his flippers roasting in the sun. “I don’t think so,” Zippie the starfish said. “Where is it?” “It’s out in the ocean. Won’t you come?” The ocean was so big. He had never been out there before, and he didn’t know how to swim. Thank you.
