Generally for a logo design with 3 banners costs much more but I have just bid it to USD 20 as you're Non Profit Organization. I'll do it for the budget I bid but I'll take little extra time for that as I need to manage my other projects as well but the maximum time would be 4- 5 days. I'll submit it sooner.
