Desktop Background and Profile Picture

I want a desktop background like this [login to view URL] I want it to have a character that looks like me, just like how it is in the picture provided. I also would like to have the logo replaced with mine, which I would like help coming up with. Once we get the character version of me drawn, I would like to have a profile picture of it made as well. Will be wanting to add on you on some type of voice communication: Skype or Teamspeak3 (I will provide the server)
