Grapic healder and logo for website

I need a logo and have it incorporated into a header image for a website.. size of the header 900=200. The organization is a U.S. Veterans Organization that are political activist for the Liberty message of Ron Paul and Libertarian philosophy. Name of the organization is Veterans for Liberty. The header should include the logo on the left the name of the organization on a header made up of photo of modern soldier on patrol or something like that and the circle emblems U.S. Army Navy Air Force and Marines and Coast Guard and Army Guard and may the U.S. Constitution. Should have a combat aggressive competent professional appearance (even though the message is one of ending wars of aggression.) The Logo should be something like the image file a statue of liberty holding and M4 and instead of a star maybe a liberty bell
