logo design by color graphics

I need to create a Logo that is unique to my companies Brand Identity. We are a photography company with an industry niche focused on celebrity life/nightlife, and paparazzi. We currently use a royalty free clip art as our logo but need to graduate into something that is ours and trademarkeable. I need it to be creative and interesting with the ability to look good in various color schemes as well as black and white. I have uploaded the clip art for you to use or reference in the logo creation. Additionally I have added the logo itself as it is currently being used. Please respond with either an example or idea of what you can create. Lastly, after the logo is created and purchased it needs to contractually released and be owned by me. This project may lead to other graphic design work for m including flyer,business cards and magazine ads.
