Convert Website from old to new design - repost

You can change the coding if needed but it needs to stay simple HTML, PHP and MySQL. If you need to combine files you can do so. Changes like putting the login in different spots etc. are of course OK. Ask me if you have questions and if you want to make changes to the design or code you need to consult me first or the project is not valid anymore. Once the project is awarded I do expect that you understand the project and have only small questions for me. After the project is completed I will need 3-5 business days to test everything to make sure it works. You will get full FTP access and full access to the Database.
