Animated Video

Please message me with your proposal or ideas. I have a designated driving business. I am looking for a designer to create an animated video summarizing the service I provide. This will be used on my website. This video should be approximately 20-30 seconds. If it can be done shorter or longer that is fine. The service: A drunk or intoxicated person calls me when they need a ride and want their car home. I have a folding scooter that I fold up and put in the back of their car (trunk) and then drive the intoxicated person home. When I arrive at their home, i park the car and take the scooter out of the trunk and scooter off to pick up another drunk person. The video: we just want a really short 30 second clip of a person calling, SOS person answering the phone, scooter up to drunk person, fold scooter into bag and place or throw into the trunk, then drive off...in the dust of the car the logo appears. Or whatever suggestion you have. I have an idea for the intro to the movie when the customer is calling the service. We wanted to make our phone tone the actual S.O.S sound. So when the customer calls on the "video" it will ring the sos phone with the "sos" sound. Let me know if this makes sense, and if you have any other ideas or questions.
