Need Video to be put together from images

I need a talented video artist to put together my video. All the images/stills of the animation will be given to you.. and no illustration work needs to be done. I need a suitable royalty free song to be played in sync with the animations.. and also I need nice transition effects for my video. I am not looking to pay more than 30 for this since this is just a matter of adding all the pictures together and putting nice transition effects and music.. so please send me examples of your works. Thanks
