Artist for D&D character commissions

Looking for an artist to do one character commission with a possibility for more commissions, including scene illustrations. Very detailed descriptions of characters equipment, and short stories available. Willing to pay up to $60 (USD) per character per commission. Willing to pay $20-50 for detailed background, depending on requested detail. Expected turnaround would be 1 week for questions and discussion to clarify the request. Concept sketches (crude, low talent), reference images, and verbal detail requests would be provided. 1 week expected for a sketch for approval, 1 week expected for each revision to the sketch, 2-8 weeks for final product with weekly proof of progress at which point revisions would include a $10 fee. PayPal transactions preferred. Final product expected to be exclusive property of the customer and/or shared by the artist as portfolio examples, with an agreement not to sell prints or publication rights to the image(s). Customer agrees to a discreet artist signature on the final product, and agrees to cite the artist in any publication. Satisfaction with product could result in multiple art requests in the first year, possibly a monthly subscription to secure the customer-artist relationship.
