Build a marketplace website

I need a new website. I need you to design and build it. the company's name is levelme. it doesn't have to be over the top, I just need it to be good enough for people to use. the minimum viable product of sorts for testing purpose it's a website that connects between gamers and "joki". "joki" is someone who does other people's work for them with a fee. levelme's role is to oversee the transaction as the third person. Roles: - Admin - Users - “joki” For the time being, users can take the role of “joki” as well without additional verification by the admin users can input a request and that request is inserted into a request list where the "joki" can choose that request. the request consist of: - title - game (in the form of a combo box, user choose which game their request take place. the admin can add/remove the list of games) - request(s), this part is what the user want the "joki" to do. user can add more than 1 request - details (optional), this part is for additional details/comments such as the user's game account details or for what price and time limit the user is looking for. for example, "get my character to level 10" "joki" can then choose the request. from that request, the "joki" decide the price for each request and decide the time limit. this process is similar to [login to view URL]'s flow. more than 1 "joki" can choose the same request as long as the user hasn't taken any of the offer. the "joki" can also message the user first to negotiate the price and then input the price and time limit after. if a request has no takers for more than a month, it's removed from the list. when the user has decided which "joki" offers they want, the user will transfer the decided price to levelme. for this part, it doesn't have to be automatic. the admin will confirm if the money has been transferred or not. when the money has been transferred, the "joki" will be notified and the "joki" will start doing the request. both users and "joki" have a request history if the "joki" has finished the request, the user has to confirm that the request is done. when it has been confirmed, levelme will take 5% of the transaction and transfer the remaining to the "joki" if the "joki" has exceeded the time limit, levelme will notify both users and "joki" and issue a refund for the user. initially, we want it to be a partial refund if the "joki" has done some of the request but for now it's a full refund.
