Existing site needs changing so that it works well on a mobile. [login to view URL] Bascially it should be fluid and scale to the size of the device/desktop. On a ios phone for example it will need to be vertical scrolling; so header, date picker, search, then worldwide events, then uk events (or US), then sports; with small google adverts inbetween each section (at one at the top). On an iphone portriat a similar style, landscape can switch back to looking similar to current desktop site? The current site code will be available to you to start from on a LAMP hosted development account and dev URL. Examples of work will help you bid, mock ups will put you to the top of the list.
