Event description: Women’s networking event featuring keynote speaker. Audience: Local female executives (board members, c-level, and additional executive level). Design/feel: Modern and corporate, while also appealing to women. We are thinking neutral colors as well. That said, we want to get people excited for this event, so we also want the invite to be current and fun! Pieces: 1. Event logo - extremely simple event “logo” that could be carried out throughout each piece. This would likely just be the event name (TBD) in a specific typeface. So, nothing too fancy! 2. Invitation 3. Information page about keynote speaker 4. Small notecard - would like to print a smaller quantity of notecards with our logo for our executives to write personal notes to invitees that they are connected to; VERY simple (basically placement of logo on paper) 5. Paper band to keep abovementioned items together, along with speaker's latest book 6. Box or large mailing envelope - plan to send the speaker's latest book with the invitation, and we are currently working with the printer to see what will work best for this. Die lines will be provided. VERY simple (basically, logo and return address placement) Will need to send to printer around June 22.
