Illustrative Self-Help Book Cover Design

I'm looking for an experienced designer who can create an illustrative cover for my self-help book. The design should encapsulate the essence of the book, titled The Sacred Breath. I need it to incorporate a picture/drawing of a photo someone took at one of my events, as I mentioned the significance of this encounter in the book. I would like to create a watercolor or color line drawing from this photo to use in the cover design. This book is about breathing techniques for horses and humans. I included an example of the photo in the attachment.
