Italian forecast website

What i'm looking: I'm looking for a forecast website like this one: meteo.it. It should be similar, but it will use google weather apis ancd freeware maps to show the storms and the temperatures. This website, will only show italian places, regions, cities and it will contain every location in italy. This website must be developed all in material design and must be responsive. I also want a strong seo structure for my website. It must be automatic. It must b able to have a newsletter sign-in and sender function. It must be able to send live relevant weather news on facebook official page Icons must be in material design and also animated for the full day preview (eg. Monday). For the detailed day forecast (eg. 8/9 ; 15/16) they will be just in material design. I want to be able to add banners everywhere inside the website. I want to be able to translate every term of the website. I want to manage the website's menu. I want to be able also to manage a small slideshow in the home page, it will be a simple slideshow of almost 5 articles which i want to write and submit. I want an auto-generated google perfect sitemap, ready to be uploaded on google webmaster tools. I want a facebook like widget. I want to have day by day preview of the website on your server, to tell you my corrections. Cms to build the website: you can choose between wordpress or php, no joomla etc.etc. I'd like to have this website within 1/2 weeks.
