Need to create a new website

I need some changes to an existing website . Site: www.presentevirtual.com.br. Modify payment method. Current its redirecting to pagseguro (like paypal) website, and would like to modify to pay on the presentevirtual page. They called tranparency payment. . Create a new design, charm where user lovento see and navigate. . We have only 3 different layouts. Would like to create new layouts (like 5) where you can modify/add background pictures. . Add google maps to trace the route on the event. .change the current 8% for fees to 12%. . Allow to request your money only when you have credit and create a label with day and time that was requested. If you requested your credit and after that you have more credits, you have to pay the same fees and bank transfer and create an additional rlabel. Admin can modify that. . New admin area, divide by events. Current its all together. . on each present that you buy you need to send an email to both to say thanks for this present . But, the first email should be an intention of buying somenthing, and after pagseguro confirms you send another emails saying confirmed . New users should register using FAcebook or create new account, and bank information an personal ID is mandatory. Dont need to check email. . After 30 days that the event occurred, it will be automatically disabled.
