i can design a character with many looks, just give your style that you want, and go for that certain looks. and then i would give you a draft sketch of the design, and if you are happy with it, then i would proceed to finalize it. the style of the character and how it looks is up to you. but if you don't have an idea on how you want your character to look like, and want me to design it. i can give you an 3-4 character design, and you could choose from it. then we proceed to the style of it then finalize it, the power of control in the design is still on your hand, i would just give you the guide line.
