polish design of a simple 1 page web game

I am a developer of HTML/JavaScript and will publish a book next year. I created a simple canvas game for the book. The game it self may be interesting technically (3D tank battle game in 360 lines). But it doesn't look good as I don't have much artistic talent. I just wonder if there is anyone who can make the page look better. The screen captures of the game are attached. The page is a 1 page HTML file (mostly JavaScript source code (360 lines, mostly 3D math operations and canvas painting), no image files, no css). I will share the HTML source code with a winning bidder. I won't expect much as this is just a sample. Just setting a title, setting background, adding some images or css styles will be fine. It is also possible to show some information such as scores, times, fuel and so on. Any of your suggestions are much welcome. I expect you to provide me the page design (screen capture, png, jpg, ...) with some materials if necessary (such as image files) as I can edit HTML/CSS/JavaScript by myself. Of course, you can modify the HTML itself and provide me it as a deliverable if you can edit JavaScript/HTML. I hope I could make myself clear. Regards Kenichiro Tanaka (Yokohama, Japan)
