Update php webshop - extend existing functionality

Hi We need some php assistance on our webshop: [login to view URL] We have the following requirements currently: 1) Add page with our partners (partners that do mounting of tires for our customers) - Show list of partners, possible to select them (so their delivery address will be selected in shopping cart on check-out) 2) Update shoppingcart / checkout functionality with the following extra options - payment option: bank transfer - fee on un-equal quantity - ex if only 1 pic ordered -> add a fee on xx DKK to order - possibility to select one of our mounting partners, so order will be delivered on their address instead - send email to mounting partner as well if they have been selected 3) Extend url functionality for shop, ex. [login to view URL] -> show the page: [login to view URL] and relevant filters will be set type=sommerdaek, width=205, height=85, profile=15 more examples on this will be provided on project start 4) Fix small issue with shopping cart that is not always updated correct when orders/lines has been deleted Generally we need help on above, but we also need to find a good php partner than can help we regular updates/changes to our site.
