WordPress Gift Registry site with templates

Need to create an Event and Gift Registry site with admin panel as per provided requirement(12-15 pages ). Check wanderable(dot)com or honeyfund(dot)com to understand before bidding. It needs to be in WordPress theme and extremely professional looking. You will have to create flexible templates so that I can create one page website templates using them (you can give me code blocks to modify design in dreamweaver also)and upload from admin panel so that user can select them from website. I need someone who can dedicatedly work and provide daily update, the budget is 7000 max and non negotiable.
