Hi! I went through the form & it is quite an extensive one! I have a few questions of the CRM system: Q1. Will this be a multi-user system? Will you be having multiple admins? Will there be different type of users, for e.g. Claim Handler, Team Leader, Admin, Super Admin? Q2. Can customers login to the CRM? Q3. Instead of manually sending emails (as your description suggests) do you want it automated? Q4. Instead of storing in an excel, is it okay if we store it in an database? I have built quite a few similar systems, so I am aware of the requirements, hence the questions. It will be great if we can have a chat & discuss the ideas I have with you. Cheers! Mihir.
