Handyman / Maintenance

Sabareesh Investments Company seeking to hire a Handyman/Maintenance Person for our multiple properties. This would be a Full Time position with our company. We are seeking someone with the following skills: 1 Update drywall and paint as needed 2 Help with tile or flooring installation 3 Assist with trim carpentry or exterior siding 4 Perform basic electrical and plumbing maintenance 5 Alert management and tenants to scheduled maintenance or remodeling 6 HVAC knowledge & Basic maintenance and experience a plus
