I need someone who understands responsive design WELL. I need to make a website fully responsive. I want to also redesign part of the website and add content. My budget is really low but that does not mean that I am looking for a newbie.I AM NOT LOOKING FOR A "COMPANY" OR AN EXPERT IN "PHP", "MAGENTO", "SEO" OR A "BOOK WRITER"I JUST NEED SOMEONE WHO understands AND SECIALZES IN RWD.
