Build a web application using ASP.net MVC 3 and SQL server compact 4

A basic room booking web application to be that can be used in a school to manage booking of rooms and resources an example being a website like [login to view URL] although developed in asp.net mvc 3 and using SQL server compact 4. Should have a compact loging system that allows user roles that is administrator and authenticated [login to view URL] should be able to change their passwords via email. once a user has logged in, he should be able to make a booking on a partcular room or resource as well as editting or deleting his own [login to view URL] users cannot book a room at the same time. once the user has booked a room, a booking confirmation is sent out to his email. Administrator should be able to add and delete both users and rooms, edit booked shedules and add shedules. He should also be able to send an email to the users already registered.
