Fix Minor Issues On Site

I need a few edits on my website. [login to view URL] #1 my site seems to move to the right when there's nothing there and it's blank. #2 The submit button of the contact form does not appear on mobile phones i'm not sure why but this is the main issue i desperately need fixed because the majority of our orders come from mobile users and a lot of them are reporting not seeing the submit button i'm not sure if this has anything to do with the 1st issue but i need it fixed as soon as possible. I tested this on my iPhone 4S and iPhone 5S and both didn't show it from my side as well as a windows 8 phone but when i check on my laptop it shows the submit button. #3 I have a contact/order form using the "Allow PHP in Posts and Pages" plugin i need these times added for pick up and drop off time 8:00am - 8:30am 8:30am - 9:00am 9:00am - 9:30am 9:30am - 10:00am 10:00am - 10:30am 10:30am - 11:00am 11:30am - 12:00pm Thank you
