Need to extract parts of pdf images

For this project you need PDF extraction and image conversion/cropping knowledge. Proposed Milestones $250 USD - Custom command line script for extraction and manipulation of images Please provide few sample PDFs and exact (image) location of the image part you need to extract. You actually don't need a C++ program for your task. My bid is to create a command line script together with two proven open source tools that a script will call (no secrets - podofo and imagemagick packages include them). I did something similar in the past though extraction was not from PDFs. Still it converted 400.000 images from database with cropping, centering and watermarking them in about 20 minutes. You would change the cropping dimensions to extract for the images found in PDF easily by changing a text file (command line script e.g. cmd in Windows). Looking forward to your reply, Matt

I can write some software in C/C++ that will run on Windows that can scan the pdf documents, and extract the image from the documents that match a certain criteria. I can use the PoDoFo library to accomplish this task.
