I need a JavaScript programmer familiar with Google's Blogger for small project -- 2

OK, I'm building a blog in Google's Blogger program, which is basically a CMS. My audience will be both somewhat technically-inclined people and many who are not. Basically, I shall have a glossary with technical terms. I want it to wind up outputting like this: <abbr title="the process by which protein and/or fat is converted to glucose">gluconeogenesis</abbr> Where gluconeogenesis is the term to be defined and the aitle attribute contains the definition. I can then style the abbr tag however I want and computers will see a tooltip on mouseover. Preliminary research indicates that the title attribute on the abbr tag works in screen readers and on mobile phones, which is why I'm using it, even though I'm not technically using it for abbreviations, which is, of course, bad HTML, but whatever; standard compromise between what actually works vs. the specification. I do not want to write HTML with each post, I want to just WRITE, nor do I want to explain every technical term on every page, hence the idea of a glossary. So I want a script that after the document loads, preprocesses the HTML for me, replacing each term with the appropriate HTML. I envision two parts to this: 1. a simple file with an array of terams and defintions that I update via a Blogger gadget 2. a Javascript function added to the main template that converts each of my identified terms to the HTML code sample above Some simple research indicates this may be easier to accomplish via jQuery than straight JavaScript; if that can be loaded via a Blogger template, that may be the best way to go. I can provide a template, a sample article, and a short glossary. I expect you to set up a temporary blog on Blogger to build this and allow me access to edit the gadget and verify it works the way I intend.
