Set up local business information on about 45 sites

I need someone with experience to set up a businesses information on about 45 sites. See list below. Some sites will already be set up for this business and some will need more extensive information than others. Information will be provided to the selected Freelancer. I want only two of these sites set up per day. You will be required to fill out an Excel spreadsheet with Date, username, password, and information needed for me to check up on these listings.
