360 Back Links with Strict Criteria

Please read this project brief carefully and DO NOT BID if you can not get 200 back links that meet this criteria: I am looking for 360 permanent one-way backlinks from English SITES (.com ). Sites should be at least PR2+. I will supply you with two articles (press releases) - All backlinks must come from different websites. - All the backlinks will be checked. - I will provide anchor text and URL Links must not be made using automated software or any other illegal linking methods. Black hat or Grey hat methods will not be accepted nor paid for. We have the right to reject URLs that do not comply with the following Guidelines.
