I need Facebook Likes and Votes (from Australian users ideally)

This is not as simple as getting Facebook likes. I need Facebook likes and then votes for an particular entry in a competition. Finding the right entry to vote for also isn't straight forward, you may have to modify a HTML link on the page to open the right entry. I have detailed the steps in a word doc that I can share (if you ask). Ideally the users voting will have profiles from Australia. I need 100 votes from distinct users and if that is successful I will ask for another 300 more (I will hire you again).
