Need U.S. visitors/store owners visiting my e-commerce site

I'm looking for a quick & cheap project to get live customers to my e-commerce site. Website domain is [login to view URL] Mostly wholesale wireless products for stores. I want to get back links, seo optimization, moving up on google, keyword linking, or whatever it is that will create some U.S. buyer traffic. I would much much rather pay a very nominal fee close to $30 or preferably at $30 that I can repeat in a couple of months then a project that will cost 100+. A cheap cost with quick results will entice me do to more business with the winner of this project in the future.
