The site should be very niche and focused on 5 to 10 phrases and LSI (Latent Semantic Indexing) based keywords. The pages will be a privacy policy, sitemap, helpful article and an about me page with links to clickbank forwarding the visitor to make a purchase etc related on their search. After completion of one site which I am completely happy with I am willing to pay £25 or more, per site for a set amount of sites (and possibly more). I believe each site will take a maximum of 5 hours meaning this is a minimum £5+ per hour project. If I find a suitable individual to carry out this project i will ask them to complete one site within 2 days. After completion of one site I will hire you on a temporary basis based on the following: Month 1 – 10 sites - £250 GBP (£25 per site) Month 2 – 16 sites - £450 GBP (£28.13 per site) Month 3 – 31 sites - £1000 GBP (£32.26 per site) Possibly a further 3 months at 31 sites per month - £1200 GBP per month (£38.71 per site) Description of the Project: LOTS OF KEYWORD RESEARCH – YES LOTS! You inform me of the domain that needs registering and I will set up FTP access etc. Build the wordpress site including the pages Home page, about me, Privacy policy, Helpful article page and sitemap Write 4 interesting articles (genuine one of a kind, keyword rich, and 400 words per article) on the home page with LSI (Latent Semantic Indexing) Articles must pass copyscape Final article will be used to entice the click through to clickbank – maybe a pre-sale article or a product review etc etc. Create and upload some sort of video onto the website to increase traffic from youtube. Use social bookmarking. This is a definite 3 month temporary contract (or possibly 6 months) as detailed above.
