SEO Project for PR 4 Website

We are looking to hire an SEO / SEO firm who can get us into the Top 3 in Google for a particular search phrase. The phrase is "h o t g i r l s". (remove spaces). This phrase has a lot of results, but not a lot of competition aside from #1 and #2. Our website is already a PR 4. However, there is work to do. Our website IS NOT an "adult" website, its more high-quality in a magazine format. We are only interested in firms who GUARANTEE a Top 3 ranking and will be paid only after they provide that ranking.
