I am a fast typist and a graduate, very fluent in English both written and spoken. I charge a minimum of $0.5 per every 350 words. I have full time internet and conversant with proofreading and editing.

I work as editor, translator, from English into Russian (translation and edition of technical documents (manuals, such as user guides, service manuals, etc.)).

I am an experienced Wikipedia editor. I will disclose the details of this transaction to the administration of Wikipedia and the details of the work requested as required by Wikipedia's conflict of interest policy. However, if the information or editing you request fall within Wikipedia's policies, I will be happy to do it.
