Job Description: As a Client Acquisition Specialist, your primary responsibility will be to identify and engage potential clients interested in our customized software solutions. You will be the face of our company, representing our expertise and commitment to excellence in every interaction. Your role will involve: Responsibilities: Understand their Needs: Conduct in-depth consultations with clients to fully understand their requirements, objectives, and pain points. Ask probing questions to uncover underlying needs and preferences, ensuring our solutions align closely with their goals. Act as a trusted advisor, providing expert guidance and recommendations based on a thorough understanding of the client's business environment and industry trends. Manage their Expectations: Set clear and realistic expectations with clients regarding project timelines, deliverables, and outcomes. Communicate proactively and transparently throughout the engagement, keeping clients informed of any potential challenges or changes. Anticipate and address any concerns or uncertainties promptly, ensuring that clients feel confident and reassured at every stage of the process. Handle their Feedback: Actively solicit feedback from clients at key milestones to gauge their satisfaction and identify areas for improvement. Listen attentively to client feedback, validating their concerns and demonstrating a commitment to addressing them effectively. Collaborate with internal teams to implement necessary adjustments or enhancements based on client input, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and client-centricity Qualifications: Proven track record in B2B sales, preferably in the software or technology industry. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients. Demonstrated ability to understand complex client needs and translate them into tailored solutions. Self-motivated and results-driven, with a passion for exceeding targets and driving business growth. Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively.
