Need excellent researcher to create customer avatar

I am looking for someone experienced in creating customer avatars. I have one project at hand but there are many more in the pipeline. A customer avatar for financial planner based in the US. You should have experience of researching for copywriting. Also some experience in choosing target audience for Facebook Ads. We intend to use this avatar for creating offers, future lead magnets, sales copy, marketing emails, facebook ads, and everything in between. You should be able to go through the three audio recordings of my client's existing customers to begin with. Then use online research to fill in the answers in the attached questionnaire. We are losing money in inefficient ads and energy in creating content that is not performing. We need more detailed answers so that we will run our marketing campaigns effectively. The client is a licensed Financial Planner (please note that he is not "Certified Financial Planner" as that is for FPs who belong to a specific company) based in the US and wants to attract age 50+, qualified clients. You should be able to research various forums (including Quora), scout competition, etc. to fill the customer avatar document for us.
