App: Switch on Tapo P100 smart socket whenever energy consumption in Germany is low

As you will see in the attached PNG of 15 SEP 2022 (source: [1]), energy generation is currently lower than energy generation (red). In general though, Germany is a net exporter of electricity. The goal of the app is to switch on your fridge/ charger/ washing machine/ dish washer whenever there is excessive of electricity. Bonus: as an additional "renewables only" mode, you may think of switching on the Tapo P100 whenever the sum of '4068' + '4067' + '1225' is greater than 125% of its median over time.
