I am looking for a skilled app developer to create a mortgage calculator app for both IOS and Android platforms. The app should have the following features: - Calculate mortgages by entering variables with an option to show an amortization table; variables are: *purchase price *down payment (both options $ or %) *principal (mortgage amount) *interest rate *term in years *Extra payment start month *Monthly extra payment amount *Monthly Property Tax *Mornhly Property Insurance calculation results: *Monthly Payment *Amortization schedule (in a new tab) *Summary page (the summary page should be easily shared via Whatsapp, email, regular text msg or social media) - Have an info section/tab (the equivalent of a 5-6 page informative website) where I can publish info about different mortgage programs - where customers can fill out a very short form - Send push messages to users - WhatsApp messaging built-in - Front and back end for both IOS and Android - 2 languages (will give you translations for the second language once I receive the English language file) -Social media links -The app will be ad-free - I would like a white background, I will send logo files (black, red, and white colors in the logo) In terms of design, I am open to suggestions and would like the app to have a modern and visually appealing look. I like minimalist design, I would like it to be visually appealing and user-friendly. I would like the project to be completed within a standard timeframe of 3-4 weeks. The ideal candidate should have experience in app development for both IOS and Android platforms, as well as knowledge in mortgage terms and calculations. Please see the attached images. Currently, my website is run on Joomla and I was told that WordPress is a better option, I might consider getting a new website with WordPress but it is the next project.
